Ordering and Payments

Once you have decided what you wish to order, probably in discussion with us over the phone or by email, we will normally email you a full and complete quote, with postal costs, delivery date and bank account details.

You then have the following Payment options:

Direct electronic funds transfer (EFT) via the Internet

Proof of payment should be faxed to +27 (0)865 401116 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              +27 (0)865 401116      end_of_the_skype_highlighting or scanned & then Emailed to petalmania@gmail.com

Bank Transfer

Proof of payment should be faxed to +27 (0)865 401116 or scanned & then Emailed to petalmania@gmail.com

Cheque.

This should be made out to to PetalMania CC & sent to our postal address. The goods will be dispatched to you once the cheque has cleared.

Postage and returns

All goods are sent directly by courier within five working days of receipt of payment, and/or within five working days of the agreed delivery date. Postage costs (at the time of writing) R55 per kg or part kg.

Returns policy

We will aways accept product returns if the product is defective, in which case it must be returned within 15 days. We do not, under any circumstances, accept the return of a product in the following circumstances: where the packaging has been opened in a way that may damage the product by allowing moisture or light to access the product; where the product has been used in any way; nor do we accept the return of bags of petals or pot pourri that have been opened under any circumstances.
